Every summer Opelika has the "Summer Swing" concert series on Tuesday nights in the park. We have talked about going for years but Cas's work schedule at the time has not permitted it. We had plans to go last Tuesday night to see a Neil Diamond tribute band but Cas was not able to leave work. So I made sure he got out on time so we could go last night. Maggie was able to go with us so that thrilled her. She gets ALOT of attention from children when we take her places. We took our blanket and just laid on it and listened to the band. They played a little bit of everything. We also ate dinner out there on our picnic blanket. We are hoping to make it to a few more this summer it is a great thing to go and do and it is FREE!
